"The best experience in buying home -- ever" - Jan & Linda Buzak - "We were relocating from our 40 month overseas tour in Japan, and needed to find a home in Sacramento area.  Through a former colleague who also served overseas, we were introduced to Margit Miller as being very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly Realtor.  Well, that has been proven to be a very small compliment, because Margit was more than that.  We started communicating with her few months before our departure from Japan. She would periodically send us the most current listings.  It was difficult to determine as what we wanted, because the market was changing and we had no opportunity to see the property conditions. Margit visited the properties we were interested in, sent us videos and comments on their conditions. Upon arrival in mid-December 2010, she was ready for us. Upon about 48 hours, still fighting the jetlag we were out there visiting homes she lined up for our review and consideration.  She tirelessly searched and previewed the properties and finally, after only 12 days we made an offer on the house in Carmichael.  It was bank-owned home, however in very good condition. As most of the time, the inspection un-covers minor problems, such in our case it was the A/C air distribution which caused a limited air flow in the dining area. Although it was after the close of escrow, Margit contacted all parties involved – Listing agent, Inspector, General Contractor, she even searched the County offices for permits, and finally with everyone agreement the minor repair was complete in several hours.  Very impressive! Looking back, from our initial contact to the Close of Escrow and beyond, we couldn’t find any better Realtor than Margit Miller. Her personality, persuasive attitude and ability to determine the buyer’s needs, helped us to find a home which we will enjoy for the foreseeable future".

Margit's "one-stop" shop - makes her by far the best person in Solano County to sell and/or purchase a home - Carlvette Louis - "I first met Margit Miller in 1997 as the selling Agent of my soon to be 1st home. I was so impressed with Margit that soon after moving into my new home - my mother decided to sell her home. I immediately recommended Margit - not the Agent that I used for my purchase. My mother contacted Margit and within 2 days the home had an offer, and soon closed. Later as my family began to outgrow our home, I decided to move out of town 600 miles away while renting the Vacaville home. Once a year had past, I contacted Margit immediately to place the home for sale. Within a matter of hours, I had a Comp Analysis of my home comparing it to other Listings per e-mail.
